Statutory Grievance Redressal Mechanism
In strict compliance with Rule 11 of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 issued by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, the details of our designated Resident Grievance Officer are set forth below:
- Acknowledgment: Every grievance is acknowledged within 48–72 hours of receipt.
- Disposal & Redressal: All valid grievances regarding published content are investigated, decided upon, and disposed of within 15 calendar days.
How to Submit a Content Grievance
When sending a formal grievance, please include the following mandatory details:
- Complainant Contact / Phone Number (MANDATORY): In case of a grievance, the user/complainant must add their contact / phone number along with their full legal name for authentication and communication.

- Verifiable documentary evidence, primary scientific records, or official links supporting your claim.
In no case will the system use restricted or copyrighted content in the articles. All monographs published on yatharthsamachar.com consist of original analytical synthesis referencing publicly accessible preprints, academic journals, and government research disclosures with complete attribution.
